Meet Michael

Michael Durst is a commercial real estate advisor who specializes in retail assets throughout the state of Maryland with a focus on shopping centers and net-leased properties. Through his advisory service, he provides an authentic commitment to his clients and understanding of their needs. Michael fearlessly communicates in the face of risks because he is completely dedicated to what will serve his clients’ best interest. Michael is proactive, diligent, creative, and unrelenting in his commitment to guide clients to achieve the future they want and deserve.

Michael started his career as a Research Associate with CoStar Group, and he quickly established himself as a Market Leader within the company. Michael then joined Brexton Commercial as an Associate Advisor and focused on retail leasing and sales. Later, he stepped up to focusing exclusively on dispositions, acquisitions, and advisory services. Now, Michael is a Vice President of Investments at the company and leads the effort to provide unparallel advisory service that serves the client’s best interest – above all else.

Michael has since worked with clients to generate significant client successes.
