Raj Randhawa
Raj Randhawa, co-founder, and Principal at Brexton Commercial specializes in representing investors in the disposition and acquisition of retail shopping centers and net leased assets throughout the Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia regions. He founded the firm with Cody Chamberlain in 2016 and, along with Vice President Michael Durst, has led the firm’s growth in the competitive and highly crowded investment sales industry.
Raj utilizes an advisory approach when guiding clients through the unique challenges and complexities they face with their assets. Raj has nearly a decade of retail experience and leverages this with his discipline and work ethic to help his clients accomplish their investment goals.
He graduated from UMBC in 2014 with a B.S. in Financial Economics and is a licensed real estate broker in Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia.
